Nicola Olds - Profile

Nicola was raised in a loving home by a devoted mum and a clergyman father. Experiences borne from a foundation of seeing people’s potential, hearing their struggles, and celebrating their joys have instilled the values Nicola has continued to carry through the multiple ‘people’ focused roles she has undertaken throughout the years… 

Responsibilities have included 15 years with NZ Parliamentary Service as a Relationship Manager, supporting both MPs and their staff along with a role at Mike Pero Mortgages, translating the observations and needs from the customer to the Mortgage Broker. These roles confirmed to Nicola her strengths of walking with people to support them solving problems. In her current role, Nicola continues mentoring individuals who are looking for guidance in their professional lives and working with teams to build a strong workplace culture, improve staff wellbeing, and bring out the best in every employee. 

With a core sense of justice, Nicola recognises we all have a voice to be heard. Nicola prides herself on listening and discussing views from an independent lens. Healthy exchanges come from relational connections and with a comfort in being real Nicola is committed to exploring options to achieve positive changes together.
